This page explains transactional follow-up and optional marketing messages. It does not save a profile.
Transactional messages
If you submit a planning, wedding, venue, service, or organizer request, staff may use the email or phone you entered to follow up on that request. That follow-up is not marketing. It is required to deliver the review you asked for.
Marketing messages
Optional event-idea email or SMS stays on a separate checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to submit. Marketing SMS, if it ever goes live, must support STOP and must not be bundled into the required transactional box.
