The service

BollywoodParties.com helps people discover curated Desi events, request planning help, explore venues, and submit organizer listings for review.

Submitting a form is a request for review. It is not a venue hold, ticket purchase, price quote, or confirmed booking.

Accounts and access

Public browsing does not require an account. Internal admin and the organizer workspace use an email sign-in link for existing staff or organizer accounts. That is not a public customer account.

Tickets and third parties

When tickets are available, the buy action leaves this site for the stored checkout URL. Fees, refunds, and attendance rules on that provider site are set by that provider.

Native payments, Stripe Connect, organizer payouts, and in-house refunds are not offered.

Content and listings

Published events and listed venues come from approved internal records. Demo fixtures are labeled as not real listings.

Organizer submissions do not appear publicly until staff review and a separate publish step.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse public forms, webhooks, or unlock pages. Rate limits may reject repeated posts. Do not attempt to bypass staff or organizer gates.

Draft lead and referral disclosure

If staff later introduce a venue or vendor after a planning, wedding, or venue inquiry, that introduction is a referral for you to consider. It is not a booking.

Any referral fee or commission would be stated before you are asked to pay it. This section is a draft disclosure. It is not a counsel-approved contract, and it does not set a fee.

Changes

These terms describe the product behavior on each page. They do not add warranties beyond that behavior.
